Registration

Just one registration is necessary to the 3 events and each registration allows the submission of 2 papers (oral or/and poster), no matter to which event you choose.

1. You need first to subscribe at the general event system and get your login and password in the link: http://www.coastgis.com.br/user/bin/, the system will generate a password and you should acess the system again and change this password to have access to the other applications.

2. To change your password, please choose FILE, then CHANGE PASSWORD.

3. Then click on EVENT and complete your personal data at FINISH REGISTRATION, then click at PAY.

Official Conference Hotel

Hotel Plaza Camboriú will be the official conference hotel. It is located in Balneário Camboriú city (Rota do Sol), which is about 10 Km from UNIVALI. The Local Organization Committee has reserved 80 double rooms with breakfast and shuttle service to and from the University for those staying in the hotel.

Reservation will be automatically done for those that have chosen Registration plus Hotel.

Other Hotels

There are plenty of hotels available either in Balneário Camboriú or Itajaí. However, despite their proximity, they are very different cities. Balneário Camboriú is a summer resort with a busy night, whereas Itajaí is a harbour city with a more quite environment. No matter which one you choose, be aware that at this time of the year the hotels usually are busy with the regional gastronomic festivals, such as October Fest, Marejada, Festa da Tainha, etc.
